PS Attach Failure Caused by the Restriction

After the SGSN upgrade, some MSs fail to attach to the SGSN. Trace user messages for these MSs. When the SGSN finds that the HLR inserts subscriber authentication data, the SGSN rejects the attach request immediately and the cause value is Protocol error, unspecified. |
