The M2000 solutions open architecture learns from operators best O&M practices and incorporates them into future improvements. This is ideal for promoting network evolution while managing a multi-standard radio access network (GSM/UMTS/LTE), core network, and IMS.

Powerful Network Management

The M2000 provides a cluster solution based on an ATAE platform to ensure smooth network expansion and cost-efficient hardware reuse. Operators are able to enhance the M2000 solutions management capability simply by adding customized service boards to the ATAE cluster platform. This protects operators hardware investment and reduces network deployment costs.

Efficient and Intelligent Functions to Reduce OPEX

The M2000 includes numerous functions to reduce OPEX costs:

• A “Configuration Management Express” (CME) function provides data configurations for the whole radio network. The CME enables users to remotely create sites in batches, quickly expand network capacity, optimize network efficiency, and easily redeploy base stations to improve configuration efficiency and accuracy.
• An “iSStar” function works as a maintenance enhancement platform that enables O&M engineers to customize network service processes. This allows for the automation of O&M tasks in batches.

The M2000 provides other functions for greatly improving O&M engineer efficiency and reducing total O&M costs. This includes functions for network health checks, remote upgrades, batch upgrading NEs, automatic base station planning, automatic neighboring cell relationship optimization, remote base station commissioning, maintenance-mode alarm setting, and RAN sharing management.
