PS Attach Failure Caused by the Incorrect Configuration

lFault Symptom pAfter receiving an Attach Request message from an MS, the SGSN sends a reject message and the cause value is Protocol error, GPRS service not allowed (in this PLMN (#14), or Network failure(#17). lFault Analysis pThe MS is rejected due to the incorrect configuration on the SGSN. lCause Analysis p1.
