Closed Loop Power control

Power control is done by the by one end.

Corresponding power control suggestions is sent to the other side

Can be implemented both UE or system part

This technique is more accurate

But the power control is slow compared to open loop.

That’s why fast closed loop power control is implemented. Measurements calculated in 667 microsec and transmitted by TPC.

There are two loops: Inner loop and outer loop. In outer loop target value may change regularly.
