Deactivate the targeted VPU board::::::

Set codec as per requirement::::::::::::::

SET CODECCAP: BN=8, CODEC=NGN-0&WCDMA-1&GSM-0&G711_CAS-0&CDMA-0&VIG-0&GSMHR-0&WCDMAWB-0&FPTC-0&MPTY-0&CAS-0&CTM-0&EVRC-0&CDMANOTFO-0; //|Board Restart occurs after executing this

Activate the VPU board::::::::::::::::::
