Advantage 1) No need to upgrade 2G System for handover procedure 2) Less impact on 2G system 3) No Ping pong Handover between 3G and 2G	Advantage 1) Handover to 3G if 2G signal is weak
Disadvantage 1) Can not handover to 3G if 2G signal is weak	Disadvantage 1) Impact to 2G network 2) Upgrade of 2G equipments is needed for handover procedure 3) Ping pong Handover between 2G and 3G
