DSP Unavailable

This alarm is generated when a DSP of the DPU board fails to be started.

The corresponding DSPs cannot work properly. This may affect the service processing capability on the user plane of the DPU board.

Main reason for this alarm:

- The DSP software is abnormal when loading or starting the DSP.

- The DSP hardware is faulty.

Need to reset the Board, if alarm not cleared then change the Board.
