GE Interface Unit Fault

This alarm is generated when the board detects that the port is abnormal.

If one port is faulty, the performance of services between the SCU board and the service board decreases.

If both ports are faulty, the services between the SCU board and the service board are disrupted.

to get the root cause we have to check in this way:

- The SCU board is faulty or not securely inserted.  (Run the DSP BRD command to check whether the SCU board works normally)

- The local board is not securely inserted.

- The hardware of the board is faulty

- The hardware of the SCU board is faulty.

- The backplane is faulty.

We need to change the SCU Board if found no way.
