The S9300 supports the AC power supply and the DC power supply, but the AC power supply and the DC power supply cannot be installed on an S9300. There are four power supply schemes for the S9300: DC + DC, AC + AC, single DC, and single AC.

Take the S9306 for example. As shown in Figure 1, the slots of the DC power supplies are marked blue. The power supplies are inserted into the chassis. In the current version, the power of the entire equipment is lower than 1600W. The power supplies work in 1+1 backup mode.

Take the S9306 for example. When the S9306 adopts the AC power supply, up to four PWR modules provide power for the S9306. The PWR modules work in 1+1 or 2+2 backup mode.

The AC power supplies of the S9303 work in 1+1 backup mode. Either of the two power supplies can ensure the normal running of the S9303.

The AC power supplies of the S9603 or S9312 work in the 2+2 backup mode. As shown in Figure 3, area A and area B work in load balancing mode. Either of the two areas can ensure the normal running of the S9306 or the S9312.

When the S9306 or S9312 adopts the AC power supplies working in 1+1 backup mode. As shown in Figure 2, an AC power supply is configured for area A and area B respectively. The empty slots in area A and area B are covered by filler panels.
