| Data Type | Unsigned32 |
| Syntax | The Service Identifier AVP is contained in the Charging-Rule-Definition AVP and X-HW-Service-Usage AVP.
|
| Definition | The Service-Identifier AVP indicates the identifier of a service. |
| Application Scenario | The Service-Identifier AVP is applicable to the proprietary fair usage policy (FUP) service provided by Huawei. The Service Identifier AVP and the Rating-Group AVP jointly identify a service. The Service Identifier AVP value is determined by carriers. The service identifier can be configured in the ChargingAction action on the UPCC. It is delivered by the Charging-Rule-Definition AVP included in a CCA message to notify the PCEF of the service identifier applied to the rule. The PCEF includes the X-HW-Service-Usage AVP in a CCR message and sends the CCR message to the UPCC to report the data usage. In this case, other sub-AVPs such as the Service-Identifier AVP are also included in the CCR message. The UPCC identifies the quota and deducts the data usage based on the Monitoring-Key and Service-Identifier AVPs. NOTE:
