• All the links between the active UPCC and the peer NEs are faulty and cannot be restored within 60 minutes.
• One or all the data routing unit (DRU) or data service unit (DSU) clusters of the active UPCC are faulty and cannot be restored within 30 minutes.
• More or all the policy management service (PMS) modules of the active UPCC are faulty and cannot be restored within 30 minutes.
• In the VoLTE network, all the links connected to the Rx or Gx interface provided by the UPCC are faulty.

Data

The following data is required:

• Information about the NEs connected to the UPCC
• Priorities in which the FEs access the BEs (The priorities are configured according to the data planning.)
• IP addresses configured on the redundancy UPCC for service provisioning
