PGW Is Not Restarted After the UPCC Plug-in Package Is Loaded

This issue occurs when the following conditions are met:

Some commands from the provisioning system fail.
The execution results of LST OPTLOG: CMDNAME="LOD FEPLUG" and LSTOPTLOG: CMDNAME="RST MODULE"; (run in the MML Command - CGP window) indicate that the provisioning gateway (PGW) modules are not restarted after the Unified Policy and Charging Controller (UPCC) plug-in package is loaded.

Restart the PGW modules.

Stop service provisioning.
Open the MML Command - UPCC window and run RST MODULE to restart the PGW modules that are in Not Ready state. The following is an example command:

RST MODULE: MID=x
```
