Fault Identification

This issue occurs when the following conditions are met:

  • ALM-1003 Module Fault is generated on the alarm console.
  • The execution result ofomu1:~ # ll /opt/HUAWEI/cgp/workshop/nes/ne81/workspace1/bin/X86/R3/FEPLUG_0.tar(run on the active OMU board) indicates that the Unified Policy and Charging Controller (UPCC) plug-in package exists.

Troubleshooting Method

Upload the UPCC plug-in package.

Troubleshooting Procedure

Copy the UPCC plug-in package of the base version to opt/HUAWEI/cgp/workshop/nes/ne81/workspace1/bin/X86/R3/ change the file name to FEPLUG_0.tar, and run load_tool. The following are example commands:
omu1:~ # cp /opt/HUAWEI/cgp/workshop/omu/share/nefile/UPCC_PLUG_V300R005C01SPC103.tar /opt/HUAWEI/cgp/workshop/nes/ne81/workspace1/bin/X86/R3/FEPLUG_0.tar; cd /opt/HUAWEI/cgp/workshop/nes/ne81/workspace1/bin/X86/R3/; load_tool FEPLUG_0.tar;
