Dynamic rule

Three types of rules can be defined in UPCC, any one can be delivered to GGSN;

For predefined rules and predefined rule groups, they stand for the rule and user-profile on GGSN, and MUST be configured on GGSN;

For dynamic rules, if the content is not correct, GGSN may reject to activate.
