Fault Identification

This issue occurs when either of the following conditions is met:
  • ALM-30053 Flow Control Alarm is generated on the alarm console.
  • Scheduled tasks are running during quota resetting.

Troubleshooting Method

Change the quota reset time and stop low-priority scheduled tasks.

Troubleshooting Procedure

  1. Check whether a certain scheduled task is running during quota resetting. Table 1 describes when scheduled tasks are started.

    Table 1 Executing scheduled tasks
    Scheduled Task Execution Time Description
    Memory damage detection Start time: 02:00 a.m; duration: 4 to 6 minutes This task cannot be stopped.
    Memory leakage detection Start time: 03:00 a.m; duration: 4 to 6 minutes This task cannot be stopped.
    Internal audit Start time: 03:00 a.m; duration: 60 minutes This task can be temporarily stopped.
    • Yes: Go to 2.
    • No: Contact Huawei technical support engineers.
  2. Log in to the UPCC Web UI and change the quota reset time to prevent concurrent execution of the quota reset task and any scheduled task.
  3. Run MOD INAP to stop the internal audit task. The following is an example command:
    MOD INAP: SYSCP=SYSPARAMETER, APID=0, ASWITCH=OFF;
