Fault Identification This issue occurs when either of the following conditions is met: - ALM-30053 Flow Control Alarm is generated on the alarm console.
- Scheduled tasks are running during quota resetting.
Troubleshooting Method Change the quota reset time and stop low-priority scheduled tasks. Troubleshooting Procedure - Check whether a certain scheduled task is running during quota resetting. Table 1 describes when scheduled tasks are started.

- No: Contact Huawei technical support engineers.
- Log in to the UPCC Web UI and change the quota reset time to prevent concurrent execution of the quota reset task and any scheduled task.
- Run MOD INAP to stop the internal audit task. The following is an example command:
