Check the status for UPCC, use display pcrf-status command on GGSN, make sure the status is normal.
Observe the activation response message from GGSN to SGSN, check the cause value field, if the cause value is “204 System Failure”, then check the pcrf configuration: 1.Check the binding for pcrf-group and APN 2.Check the pcrf-group status |
