Fault Identification

The Unified Policy and Charging Controller (UPCC) fails to deliver default bearer rules for 4G access.

Configure the DefaultBearerQoS action for the rule whose Type is set to Default Bearer QoS.

Log in to the UPCC Web UI.
In the navigation tree, choose Policy Management > Policy > Rule. The rule query page is displayed.
Check whether the rule whose Type is set to Default Bearer QoS contains the DefaultBearerQoS action.
- Yes: Contact Huawei technical support engineers.
- No: Go to 4.
Configure the DefaultBearerQoS action for the rule whose Type is set to Default Bearer QoS
