Filter out specific types of messages

All GTP messages, GTP messages, and unknown GTP messages can be filtered out. GTP Version 0 and Version 1 contain multiple message types. You can configure the filtering of GTP messages based on the specified message type.

Filter out illegal RELOCATION messages

RELOCATION messages are only generated on the neighbor SGSN. Therefore, restricting strictly the source IP address of the SGSN can filter out illegal RELOCATION messages and prevent attacks.

Filter out illegal LOCATION management messages

When the SGSN provides the location query function for the GGSNs, generally local GGSNs are used. Therefore, you can restrict the source IP address of the GGSN to filter out illegal LOCATION management messages and prevent attacks.
