Configuration on GGSN	Description
pcrf-group	More than one PCRFs can be existed in the same group, the master PCRF is preferred
pcrf-group-binding	Group can be bound to APN, or IMSI/MSISDN segment
pcc-switch	Enable/disable PCC function, can be APN level or global
rule user-profile	When use predefined rule on PCRF, the rule MUST be configures on GGSN
