Hello guys,

we?re using MA560xT with ADSL boards ADQD (Splitter VSPH). Although we?ve assigned a line and extended profile strictly prohibiting Annex J, some DSL ports synchronize with Annex J (upstream carrier in frequency used by ISDN). It?s hardly reproduceable - one time sync with Annex J, next time sync with Annex B. It doesn?t depend on used cpe or customer splitter.

I?m wondering, what we?re doing wrong.

Hi,

Based on your description, we suspected that your extended profile had been incorrectly configured. The command for correctly configuring the extended profile and parameter examples are shown as follows in bold. If the fault persists after you verify that the extended profile is correctly configured, please provide the configurations of your line profile and extended profile to us for fault locating. Thanks!

Hello,

thanks for reply - I think line and extended profiles are correctly configured - otherwise it would happen

on all ports every time - psl find attachments.

Thank you very much

OK solution provided by huawei RND: there happend automatic chipset resets with unknown causes on several ADQD. Those chipset resets make ports to load default line profile (with annex j) althoug showing another configured line profile. Huawei?s working on a patch. Thanks to RND
