Dear Cherry, PLease find my answer below:
1. Which cases are useful in the attachment? Answer: I think System fault handling section is more useful. 2. Which cases seldom occur in the attachment? Answer: a)Card reset b) port faulty. c) BFD session down. d) VRRP not working. e) ARP refresh problem 3. Would you please share your experience in troubleshooting access network devices? Answer: Last time We found that 1 RNC throughput of our Network is very low than last week. after troubleshooting, we found that there was transmission flip flop in OSN path & our RNC service VRRP status can not be recovered as in RNC part it was non revertive mode & in aggregation swicth it was revertive mode. Later we changed RNC VRRP mechanism as revertive mode & it was okay. |

1. Which cases are useful in the attachment? Ans. I think Troubleshooting Internet Service section is more useful. 2. Which cases seldom occur in the attachment? Ans. Hard Ware Faulty, port faulty, Transmission Path Faulty, BFD session down, VRRP problem etc. 3. Would you please share your experience in troubleshooting access network devices? Answer: During 3G launching time We found that one aggregation point switch is affected due to VRRP count overloading. At that time our roll out was hampering, later we re-design IP addressing for Node-B in MW cluster & OF node. Thus the problem was solved. |
