Local maintenance terminal is not working for SGSN

Hello......

Local maintenance terminal (LMT) is not working in my local PC for MSS & SGSN.

If MSS only installed it works properly but when I installed SGSN LMT it does not work. Previously it works in my pc.

I downloded from the node IP and then install but still same problem exists.

MSS LMT version: V200R009C02SPC100

SGSN LMT version:v900r011c01spc300
