Latency Measurement: -Use CDS terminal perform ping test, perform End-to-End latency calculation. -SGSN initiated ping measurement, compute CN latency. -RAN latency = E2E latency – CN latency Optimization: -CN Latency Optimization: If packets loss, disorder packets or fragmented packets are not exist in CN, latency -ommonly may be ensured, of course excluding NE fault. -RAN latency optimization: Cooperate with wireless engineer and perform network optimization. |
