Activate PDP Context RejectInsufficient resources

Operation Procedure:

1.The most possible cause is that the EPU failure or resource congestion results in the failure to apply for resources during PDP context activation. In this case, you can check the status of the EPU and check whether resource congestion alarms are reported by the EPU.

2.You can also check whether the number of activated PDP contexts reaches the maximum limit specified in the license and check whether resource congestion alarms are reported by the SPP.

3.If CPU congestion or PDP congestion occurs on the GBP, the alarm subsystem displays the corresponding alarms.

4.If the function of denying service access is enabled, users with certain charging attributes are denied the access to data services when the  cache is full. In this case, you can disable the function specified by SET CHGCHAR in the charging attribute table.

5. If the SPP or GBP is locked, manually unlock it by running UBL BRD.
