lCreate PDP Context Request/Response (common signaling): is used to set up a GTP tunnel and PDP contexts between an SGSN and a GGSN for QoS negotiation.

lUpdate PDP Context Request/Response (common signaling): is used to change endpoints of a GTP tunnel between an SGSN and a GGSN for QoS negotiation.

lDelete PDP Context Request/Response (common signaling): is used to delete a GTP tunnel and PDP contexts between an SGSN and a GGSN.

lError Indication (common signaling): is used to instruct the peer GSN to delete the corresponding PDP context, if no PDP context matches the received GTP-U data.
