Service Restriction in SGSN/USN

     1. Check signaling tracking to determine whether the subscriber is a CAMEL subscriber.

     2. Run the command to inquire whether CAMEL subscribers which are configured with connect PLMN are prohibited to access: LST CONNECTPLMN

     3. This scenario requires no action if it is carrier operation strategy, otherwise, run MOD CONNECTPLMN command to revise.

l Differentiated service restricts subscriber access.

     1. Run DSP USRNUM or check alarms to inquire whether subscriber numbers are higher.

     2. Configuration steps of differentiated service.

      -SET SERVICE_PARA.

      -License supports differentiated service
and the subscriber numbers go beyond limit.

      -ADD DIFFSERVICE.
