Quality or Quantity!!! What should we consider for the post?

Hi Guys,

As per Admin rules, if a user publish average 20 posts in an one hour, then his or her posts are going to be considered as spam. Is it the only way to consider the post is spam or not?

Suppose, an user is busy in office hour and he wrote his article in his own file, then when he will be free after office hour, he posted his article in this GS group, may it can 15 or 20 within 30 mins? Is it should be considered as spam?

Is it his only fault that he has posted all the article in the same time?

I think, Admin should consider the content what he has written not the quantity he has posted.

What you are thinking about this ?

Another user who has written 6 or 7 article/ posted in the group in one hour, then he is right? even though his posting is not good enough?

Some of our memebers in this group who are always thinking about the quantity not the quality, it is not fair.

If you have any complaints, you can write or reply in against that post, you have no right only to complain against that user to the Admin?

We are all in this group come to share our knowledge, oue experience or planning thinking, not to show any personal interest?

I found one guy "iqbalhosan" who directly making complain to others..

This is not fair. Admin should take some steps...

May be the admin is biased by some GS contributors or they are blind.. very sad for us... 

I am afraid to think that 

1. this forum will be hungry for posts after 31th May 2014 if admin behave with users in this way.
2. May be "iqbalhosan" will be the only user after 31th May because he may not like anybody to see here and admin just doing what he says.
3. This will lead GS groupspace to become a useless group because there are so many group where there is no "iqbalhoasan" and not such type of admin.
4. People will go there not for Ascend P6 but for knowledge sharing. No  matter contents are copying (by obeying copyrights) or coming in succession. The only matter that, it is helpful for us or not.

Pls dont be blind. Otherwise people will lost trust upon yourself.

Waiting for update.

A huge category people are involving in the telecommunication network. such as planning, operation,designing, optimizing, roll out, maintenance,procurement etc etc.

so, the knowledge of fields will be different obviously. So, the knowledge sharing will be different accordingly. If anyone always post regarding fraud or maintenance then he or she complain that others user are not perfect like for posting. it will be not fair

Also, i am a CS planning guy, there are a lot of users here who are RF planning or TN planning or Roll out planning or PS planning etc etc.

So, the knowledge sharing must be different.

Dear Admin,

Pls also share the complainer name also as well as the related post. Then, we will able to identify the negative side of that posting , you should not take the complaint from the complainer only, also need to get feedback from the victim.  You are the administrator for all the user in the GS group, should not bias from any one.
