U2000 For fixed access network
|
As we know U2000 is unified NMS that could be used for lot of kind networks (FAN, Mobile, Transport etc). It is also possible to switch off some components and services. I plan to test U2000 with components and services enabled only for Fixed Access Network. does anybody check U2000 with disabled some services and components? |

Exactly, only with Access Network Element Management enabled. I want to check it because: -in our scenario we do not use U2000 for other domain. -due to performance issue (check if we save server performance)

If you have already deployed IP domain and transport domain components, you want to remove the IP and transport domain components, you can refer to the following guidelines: http://support.huawei.com/hdx/hdx.do?lib=SE000075593531187726&v=01&tocLib=SE000075593531187726&tocV=01&id=mstool_01&tocURL=resources%252fag%255fen%252fag%252fmstool%252fmstool%255f01%252ehtml&p=t&fe=1&ui=3&keyword=msuit&text=%253cb%253eMSuite%253c%252fb%253e&docid=SE0000755935

if the U2000 deployed the IP or Transport components, it is unnecessary to remove the IP or Transport components when you test U2000 with components and services. you can only to check whether the Access Network Element Management component on the U2000 MSuite Client? |
