Expression of Rxqual

In power control algorithm, Rxqual is not expressed in the form of dtqu.

For compensation and calculation, Rxqual has to be expressed in db(C/I).

For Rxqual other than round figure, calculation has to be made from the table.

As an example, for dtqu=35; Rxqual=3.5

C/I= 15+(13-15)/0.5=14

All the value of Rxqual is expresses in such format.
