Call completion rate (CCR) is defined as the ration of the number of the number of successful calls to the number of call attempts.

The number of call attempts in the busy hour is called busy hour call attempts (BHCA).

Average busy hour calls is the product of CCR and BHCA.

Busy hour calling rate is the ratio of average busy hour calls and total number of subscribers.
