1.IP NS-VC Link Fault : Gb interface over IP
are normally composed of several logical link (IP-NSVC). If one IPNSVC is down
then fraction of related BSC service will be hampered. To ensure service please check whether
second alarm is present in alarm system or execute command DSP IPNSVC to check
available NSVC under relevant NSE.
(Command example : DSP IPNSVC: NSEI=XXXX; )

2.. No Available NS-VC in NSE: All logical link will be down so total data
service under relevant BSC will be hampered
