Logging in to the U2000 fails if you forget the login password. In this situation, you are advised to reinstall the U2000.

Ask another user to reset your password. mainly I advice you to write down a user and password for emergency cases and keep it.

First, what is your level user ? On U2000 Security Management, it has group SMManagers which can reset/delete/add/ user and groups.

Second, if you are the common user, please contact with user which belong to SMManagers. They can help you to reset password.
If you are admin user, this is really critical issue. You should create ticket to Huawei TAC so that they can send you some procedure to solve this issue.
On iM2000 - the old version of U2000, I remember we can reset any user by using script on server (must login by SSH) but now Huawei denied to use this tool.
