Answer: There are two probable causes: the server of the Huawei Support website is busy or the network is in poor condition. To determine which cause fits your case, download the document again. If the problem persists, your network is in poor condition.

 

4. Why was I often prompted to change my password after I log in to the Huawei Support website?

Answer: To keep accounts secure, the Huawei Support website requires regular password changes. The website starts to give warnings when only 15 days after left in the validity period. Within the 15 days, the website will warn you every time you log in. If you still want to log in after the password expires, click Forgot Password to retrieve your password by providing either of the following information:

      User ID

      Email address
