I created a new account with administrators privileges and disable the default admin account.

i successfully logged in with the new account but i know realise that the new account does not have the same privilege as the default admin account.

How can i enable the default admin account again?

To replace the user admin, the new user should be added to the user groups Administrators and SMManagers.

The admin user's account must be enabled by a non-admin user who simultaneously belongs to the Administrators and SMManagers groups.

Your answer is correct. admin user belong to 02 group SMManagers and Administrator. If you only add user to Administrator, this user can not operate on Security Management function.
