Step 1     Open a browser, and enter http://support.huawei.com on the address bar to log in to the Support website

Step 2     Choose My Space > My To-Do > Software Request to go to the software request page, as shown in Figure 1-1.

 Step 3     Click Regional Approvers. On the displayed configuration page, set the approver information.
