If the system prompts "Error: The policy is empty", it indicates that there is no traffic classification in the traffic policy and no matching rule is configured for traffic classification.

The possible causes and related solutions are as follows:

  •  No rule is configured for traffic classification by using any if-match commands. Solution: Configure matching rules for traffic classification.
  •  Rules are configured for traffic classification by using the if-match acl command, but no rule is configured in the ACL list numbered acl-number. Solution: Configure rules in the ACL list.
  •  The rules are configured for traffic classification by using only the if-match double-tag command. Solution: Add other matching rules for traffic classification.
