Function description: Automatic load balance of the MGW in the MSC Pool networking: MSC servers in the MSC Pool are connected to a large number of BSCs/RNCs. To improve the resource usage and maintenance efficiency over the A/Iu interface, the MGW is enabled to manage the BSC/RNC resource channels. Based on the resource usage information received from the MGWs, the MSC selects an MGW with the maximum available bandwidth for call setup. As a result, the load of the MGWs is balanced.
