In warm backup status, The part cross chips on standby cross-connect board and main-bus are shut down for saving power. Specifically, when the active cross-connect board is functioning properly, the standby cross-connect board work in warm backup state for saving power. When the active cross-connect board is malfunctioning, the standby cross-connect board starts up immediately and works in hot backup state.
