Channel Capacity Priorities

- TRX Capability of Frequency band:

- Subcell Priority: Applies for an already ongoing call. If the MS is already in a subcell, then that subcell will be priotitized.

- TRX power amplifier priority

- Main BCCH TRX priority: If the channel is on main BCCH, then it will be de prioritized because of PSET formation.

- Dynamic PBT allocation enable or not
