INVITE – Initiates a call by inviting user to participate in session.

? OPTIONS – Used to query the capabilities of a server.

To meet the requirements, the ISUP information must be encapsulated in SIP messages without any loss, or some key information of ISUP messages must be mapped to the corresponding header fields of SIP messages
