Role of SCC board in potection(ODUk SNCP) Switching

• SCC board control the cross-connection modification in ODUk SNCP
• If the active and standby SCC boards are out of communication, manual switching can not be executed
• If the active and standby SCC boards are out of communication, the protection group can be automatically switched after a fiber break occurs on the line
