When the Eudemon accesses other application servers through domain names, you need to enable the domain name resolution service and configure the DNS server.
Procedure
- In the Menu navigation tree, choose System > Network.
- Click the DNS tab.

In DNS Configuration, enable the domain name resolution service. Figure 1 shows the interface that is displayed. For the description of parameter, see Table 1. Figure 1: Enable the domain name resolution service

In DNS Server List, set the IP address of the DNS server. Figure 2 shows the interface that is displayed. For the description of parameter, see Table 2. If the IP addresses of multiple DNS servers should be configured, you need to repeat this step. Figure 2: Setting the IP address of the DNS server
