The Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) is a method for implementing vpn PPTP uses a control channel over TCP and a GRE tunnel operating to encapsulate ppp packets. By default pptp is disabled in firewall. So client could not be able to access through vpn(using pptp)

To enable pptp in firewall..
