HedEx Lite is very good software. It is a lightweight, offers an easy and quick way to search, view and download Huawei products documentation.

HedEx library update is just a click away, love the fast and resumable download option. 

It is one single platform offers lots of features and portals in a single window. Notifications are there (Huawei Answers, Groupspace etc.)

 

Love the Comparing documents (HDX) option. Design is lovely.

 

 Its simply saving time and making the life easier !

1. Finding fault assistance: help you quickly find document and case required for fault handling.

2. The Online documents Query by product name or document name are more optimized.

3. Update any HedEx to get updated producted info and others,

4. Comparing two HedEx file.really awesome!

5. The Cloud download allows the download speed, resume download and prioritize the download.

6. Libraries are quick established to avoid repeated searches by synchronizing information and settings.

7.Cloud backup and restore.

8.In a word you will get everything you need to work in Huawei. Like a one stop service.Its simply saving time and making huawei work easier.

the new version has a very very high download speed that allow us to save too much time.

 

 

new hedex lite is much improved with cloud solution and easy to use, compare files are very nice option too, try to use it!

If the topic compare side by side the will be more flexible

Excellent job from the team, the tool is very simple to use and has improved considerably with its new features.

Searching and downloading a document is very straightforward, as long as you know the name of the product. Searching for something more geneal without providing the details will result more complex.

 

Backing up works like a charm, though I am not sure what the purpose is exactly, given that alld documents are available for later download anyway. And besides, isnt Onebox more convenient?

 

Best feature is the Compare Document,  where we can quickly check for changes from one version to another, very usefull.

I?m surprised with this last version of HedEx! It?s great!. This is a very good way to find, download and compare official documentation. It?s a right powerful documental repository and very useful. I will use it from now on.
