very good update Hedex lite tool, that has new features as i dont know before about it just now known.

HedEx has come this far. 

Here are the issues the HedEx solves today for individual users:
1)it is a fast download client
2)documents can be downloaded and compared online
3)documents can be read offline anytime-anywhere basis
4)it can be backed up in cloud and manage your personal documentary library
5)every product needs documentation and This HedEx Lite is a perfect solution to handle such documents.

Over all it is an add on feature that help to manage documents that Huawei provides for every product.
Document compilation can never be as easy as the services provided by HedEx Lite for both the Huawei and the clients if it were based on simple browser alone. 

Step 1:

    Task 1: Search with product name or version as below:

Select the document you want to download and click download at the bottom right corner:

Then it will be downloaded.

Task 2: Below shows how the cloud backup is done:

Task 3: Select two documents and click on Compare HDX files and then on Compare:

The differences will be shown as below:

HedEx Lite is awesome support tool for O&M engineers and all the related things are available at one platform.  Product documents, updated libraries with popup notification, maintenance cases & their troubleshooting and expert feedback & much more. I personally recommend it and daily use for following purposes;  

 

Reading documents offline/online by query document and product name

Rectification of faults and diagnosis it with quick ease.

Regularly notification of updated libraries via email,

Comparing the files & Cloud backup and restore.

Groups, document express and feedback are good addition.

Resume feature is awesome for downloading huge libraries.

Libraries are quick established to avoid repeated searches by synchronizing information and settings.
