Continuous improvement which is also one of the huawei core value is always being seen in hedex by the fast and efficient updates that it offers day and day

Hedex Lite - Ive been using this new version since the begining and its much better now. Very easy to use and very friendly. The new version solved the problem of not able to connect after entering several times in Hedex. The download library is much better to use and very easy, just with a couple of clicks.

 

Cloud Backup - This is the first time I used and I enjoyed. Very usefull to save our libraries in the cloud. Ill use it from now on.

 

Compare Files - Very usefull to compare two libraies that seem to be the same, or even to see the differences between two differente versions.

HedEx Lite is very helpful sowftare for daily works and find out the required document,update library, troubleshoot support and many more.It is a single platform which offers lot of features and portals use my daily works for the following reasons : 

• Comparing two HedEx file.really awesome
• The Cloud download allows the download speed, resume download and prioritize the download
• Cloud backup and restore.
• Finding fault assistance: help you quickly find document and case required for fault handling.
• The Online documents Query by product name or document name are more optimized.
• Update any HedEx to get updated producted info and others,
• Libraries are quick established to avoid repeated searches by synchronizing information and settings.
  

• In a word you will get everything you need to work in Huawei. Like a one stop service.Its simply saving time and making huawei work easier.

Recommendation: It will be very much convenient to the customers if Huawei can develop HedEx Lite to be used in smart phones like Support App.

Im glade to participate this feedback with you and let me describe feeling about hedex light , in fact it is very useful tool and felixible to use which refelect on the fast support to customer and huawei internal work compared with old version of hedex there is much change to the best and hope to you all success and more improvements. for example backup easy and fast way to garantee documents in safe and restore them easly for any change. Compare files feature an amazing which help engineer to know the delta between versions easly .
