Love HedEx Lite Most: I like the new HedEx Lite update V200R003C10 09/25/2015 which has a new function called "Cloud Backup".

With this function, libraries are quick established to avoid repeated searches by synchronizing information and settings.

In the update, the Online documents Query by product name or document name are more optimized.

Comments are easier to make, add to favorite is there too, managing comments and favorite are more convenient.

 

The Cloud download allows the download speed, resume download and prioritize the download. Download speed is shown on the status bar.

 

The new Right-Click Menu now contains more icons for quick and ease of access.

 

 

Love HedEx Lite Most: I love HedEx desktope view. it is amazing. when other see my desktop they ask me this new operation system =) . And HedEx also offer us to update document with new one. Ando also it is easy to use. GOOD keep like this  .

I like HedEX lite because of it search bar so easy for me to get any documentation even when im troubleshooting a fault i just go to it and im done with what im looking for thanks to Huawei for such easy ways to the its customer and the world of technology.

I like HedEx and use my daily works for following reasons: 

1.Finding fault assistance: help you quickly find document and case required for fault handling.

2. the Online documents Query by product name or document name are more optimized.

3.update any HedEx to get updated producted info and others,

4. comparing two HedEx file.

5.The Cloud download allows the download speed, resume download and prioritize the download.

6. libraries are quick established to avoid repeated searches by synchronizing information and settings.

7.cloud backup and restore.

8.in a word you will get everything you need to work in Huawei. Like a one step service.

 

 

 

 

I Love hedex lite because of the new improved layout for documents which makes it easy to view between different versions dosumens. it also aides the download of software by making it faster and user can view previously downloaded task and also its status. Over all it is a wholesome new experience with the new Hedex lite

 

"Hedex is the Bilble of Huawei".

I love Hedex because I can find each and everything on this platform related to product, maintenance and services including brief parameters & counter description. Its not only Huawei people who are using it, even customers are very happy with the Hedex. Hedex reference resolved many customer queries without the involvement of R&D as it contains the brief speicific contents. Otherwise everytime we need to chase the R&D support guys which is not possible every time.

So in a way by refering to Hedex we saved a lot of time and provided the deleverables to the customers on time.

 

Secondly the HDX Cloud is another best tihng, it made the things even much more faster and easy. Specially downloading.

I would be better if we can have the seprate platform for HDX library on support, so that it will be easy to find.

Huawei is investing alot on the developement of such tools, which are really useful. Thanks..!
