I like Hedex light because i have alot of problem in old hedex version if install the programe it was very big and most of time hanging ,also difficult to add libraries sometimes an error version not matched and you need to update the version or delete old one. after use Hedex light with last updated versions: 1. I safe my time during search and reach my target information fast 2. I can compare BSC product version to find the delta quicly 3. it support multipe library search , so for general information i will search in main will search in all libraries 4. Online search and mark favoriate on interested document until find suitable time to downlaod it 5. Hedex light tool collect many functions in one page which is so interested and guidable

Love HedEx Lite Most : I love the File Management function, because I am a Trainer and I work with many operators accross the world. With one Huawei product, different operator have different version, so many hdx files located in my computer. With File Management function of Hedex Lite, I can manage all these hdx.

I like HedEx and use my daily works for following reasons: 
1. For the opportunity to move quickly on the necessary topics, Documents management such as My Group Space, answer questions(Carrier Support, Enterprise Support, HedEx Lite FAQ), etc.

2. One of best funtion The Cloud download - resume download/speed - its cool!

3. HedEx desktope view is part of HedEx Lite, but its useful! without it, it would be difficult to imagine as it looked rapid withdrawal requests

4. to solve the problem tasks, troubleshooting, charming app - using all that it is, Search, Compare HDX Files - the color shows the difference in the files that helps to find a new one (new topics are displayed - blue, modified topics - red).

5. Сloud Backup storage and recovery, a great notion!

i like the hedEX lite as it has many tools package inside it like icare,icase ,iLAB,the felexibility to get your search documents and its fliterring.

I really like HedEx Lite FAQ. It is very interesting and interactive. I see many users are attracted with it with many interactive prices. We can also get many users feedback whereby we can also understand the documents. We can get new knowledge and ideas on how to use the Tech Support App as well as other useful documents.
