as a CSE techmical support Eng. i prfer two options i used too much in my daily work:

As I used so many usc versions to it enable
me to quick search and find what I want in easy way and in fast time

 

2- The iFile under
maintenance:

As also in my work I subjected to the
healthcheck operations or remote upgrade so I need to check the customer
operator latest network topology so the iFile save the time and let me check
this directly

I love the cloud backup option of the new Hedex Lite. The reminder feature that comes with it makes me not to miss any important backp on the server.

I love that everything i want is included in this software

but the most valuable thing is that the libraries can be updated and compared with the old ones so that we can see what has been changed in the new versions .

Love HedEX lite moment: I love Hedex because at any movement or any urgency trouble shooting can be done by taking help of hedex , for any new parameter configurations or maintainance  or services of any type of query  or counter description .

it is very easy to access hedex and it useful on my daily o&m works.

comparing of two hedex files can be done easily. with the help of hedex most of the issues can be solved easily, if we properly understand the concepts.
