Role of SCC in ODUk SNCP in OSN 6800 DWDM NE

1. The SCC board controls the cross-connection modification in ODUk SNCP.
2. If the active and standby SCC boards are out of communication, manual switching cannot be executed.
3. If the active and standby SCC boards are out of communication, the protection group can be automatically switched after a fiber break occurs on the line. However, the protection group cannot be automatically switched after the line board is removed.
